Multidisciplinary artist Nevena Niagolova is arranging her first solo exhibition in Bulgaria. It will open on March 28 at the PO ART gallery in Sofia, the organizers said on Thursday.

The vernissage will be accompanied by a unique mix of hip-hop, bossa nova, Latin jazz, funk, and swing, performed by the Capricorn Groove project.

Nevena Niagolova is an artist, architect, graphic designer, creator, and dancer who has lived and worked in Toronto, Canada for many years. She works in the style of abstract expressionism, using intuitive lines and dynamic compositions to create multi-layered paintings that tell stories and provoke dialogue. Her work is exhibited in private collections in Canada, the United States and Europe.
