Pavleta Undzhieva and Kiril Andreev present their exhibition Harmony of Emotions at the capital's Lik gallery. The exhibition can be viewed from March 19 to April 8, the organizers said.

The team said that the two authors are different in style, worldview and manner of expression, united by the emotional power of colours and the unity between fantasies and feelings.

Pavleta Undzhieva relies on colour compositions with plastic and spatial depths, devoid of concreteness and images.

In Kiril Andreev's compositions, images and sounds are intertwined, transporting the audience to unreal worlds where the presence of a woman is felt as fabulous and magical, the team said.

Pavleta Undzhieva graduated in arts with a music profile, specializing in the violin. She is a civil engineer by profession. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Construction of Buildings and Facilities from  the Sofia Higher School of Civil Engineering and a master's degree in Road Construction at the Varna Higher School of Civil Engineering. She has been involved in road design for more than 10 years. Although her approach to drawing is rather intuitive, her interest in studying and getting to know art has grown more and more over time. Since 2020, she has begun to engage more in painting and creating her own original works.

Kiril Andreev was born in Pleven. He lives and works in Sofia. He graduated from the Ilia Petrov High School of Fine Arts in Sofia in 1992, and in Graphics from the Sofia Technical University in 2010. He works in the field of graphics and painting, and since 2013 he has focused only on painting. He has participated in a number of exhibitions, both solo and joint, in Bulgaria and abroad.
