Intro Gallery will host Bulgarian artist Katrin Tomova’s exhibition titled Small Formats from October 31 to November 16, the organizers said.

"Large-format oil paintings have always been a hallmark of Katrin Tomova’s work. However, her latest exhibition at the Intro Gallery - perhaps inspired by the spacious venue itself - appears to challenge the expectations of her audience," the organizers added.

Tomova was born in Sofia on April 24, 1967. She received her artistic education at the School of Painting run by Pierre Ramel, Vice President of the Autumn Salon in Paris, where she lived from 1989 to 1991. She had her first solo exhibitions in 1988 and 1989 at the Nikolay Binev Youth Theatre in Sofia. She also exhibited at the Paris Autumn Salon in 1989, 1990, 1991, and 1992 and took part in the Representative Exhibition of Bulgarian Artists in France in 1991.
