At a solemn assembly marking National Awakeners Day, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS) President Acad. Julian Revalski awarded on Wednesday the honorary sign "Marin Drinov" on a ribbon, to outstanding scientists of the Academy.
BAS awards Prof. Pepka Boyadjieva with the honorary sign "Marin Drinov" on a ribbon - for her excellence in the field of sociology of education, and on the occasion of her 65th anniversary, announced the Vice President of BAS Assoc. Prof. Evdokia Pasheva.
She also announced that BAS awards Prof. Neli Koseva with the honorary sign "Marin Drinov" on a ribbon - for her multifaceted public, organizational and expert activities, for her significant contribution to the elevation of the authority of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, as well as of Bulgarian science - at home and abroad, and in connection with her 60th anniversary.
BAS awards Prof. Vladko Murdarov with the honorary sign "Marin Drinov" - for significant services in the field of Bulgarian and Slavic linguistics, and on the occasion of his 75th anniversary.
