With 166 votes in favour, no votes against and no abstentions, Parliament adopted on first reading amendments to the Public Libraries Act tabled by the Council of Ministers, according to which the director of the St Cyril and St Methodius National Library in Sofia will be obligated to draft a strategic plan for the development of the institution based on the concept that had them win the competition for the post.
