site.btaVice President Iotova Honoured for Bulgarian Awakeners Day

Vice President Iliyana Iotova Monday was awarded the honorary title "Follower of People's Awakeners" for 2022 conferred by the Union of People's Chitalishte Community Centres, for her "exceptional contribution in championing the heights of the Bulgarian spirit and the ideals of the people's awakeners". The award was given on the eve of National Awakeners' Day marked on November 1 when Bulgaria commemorates its writers, scholars, educators and freedom-fighters.
