An exhibition in praise of the work of prominent conductor of the Bodra Smyana Children's Choir, Boncho Bochev (1899-1975), opens on November 1 in the exhibition hall of the State Archives Agency, the organizers said. The exhibition, compiled by the State Archives Agency and the National Palace of Children, also marks the 75th anniversary of the famous choir celebrated last year. In the 1930s Bochev established a choir called Sofia's Nightingales which in 1947 became the Bodra Smyana choir which was the first Bulgarian children's choir to become world famous.
