An exhibition with works exemplifying the ancient Indian principle of ahimsa, or nonviolence, opened here on Tuesday evening. The exhibition marks October 2, the International Day of Non-Violence, which is also the birthday of Mahatma Gandhi, who is considered the most popular advocate of the principle of ahimsa in modern times.
