Cumulus cloud will develop in the afternoon, bringing thundery showers in many places in the western half of the country by midnight. The rain and thunder will be more intense in the mountains. Hailstorms are possible. Lows: 7 C to 12 C, in Sofia 8 C. Highs: 21 C to 26 C, in Sofia 21 C.

The coast: Mostly sunny. Low visibility conditions in isolated areas in the morning. Wind east-southeasterly, light. Highs: 11 C to 13 C. Sea water temperatures: 11 C to 12 C. Sea waves: 1 to 2 degrees Douglas.

The mountains: Mostly sunny. Cumulus cloud will develop over the western and central highlands in the afternoon, bringing thundery showers in many areas. The rain and thunder will be more intense in the western section of the Balkan Range and the mountains in the southwest. Wind east-southeasterly, light to moderate. Highs: 15 C at 1,200 metres above sea level, 8 C at 2,000 metres.
