The Commission on Protection of Competition (CPC) initiated proceedings against the National Assembly over its decision on the acquisition, launch and maintenance of a technical support system for the legislature’s sittings in the plenary hall and the conference hall in the building at 1 Prince Alexander I Square in Sofia, CPC said on Tuesday.

The proceedings follow a claim submitted by systems integrator Kontrax under the Public Procurement Act. The claim concerns the time limit for making bids in the public procurement procedure.
