Commenting on the intention of the Vazrazhdane party to start a petition for a vote of no confidence in Rosen Zhelyazkov’s government on the grounds of a systemic failure in the country's foreign policy, GERB leader Boyko Borissov told journalists on Monday that “knowing how difficult and fragile it was to form a government, all of this could have one goal – to stop Bulgaria on the path to the eurozone, because the eurozone disciplines countries”.
Borissov reiterated his goal of Bulgaria being a full member of Shengen and the Eurozone, to have a full “seat at the European table” and noted that everything else is obstacles that must be overcome.
