Visibility is reduced due to fog down to 50 m in the area of Troyan Pass and down to 100 m at Shipka Pass, the Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) reported Tuesday morning.

Road surfaces across the country are mostly wet, in some places they may be icy, but have been treated and are passable in winter conditions.

Light snow is reported in the area of the Predel Pass (Blagoevgrad region); Studenets and Parvomay (Plovdiv region), as well as in the regions of Smolyan, Pazardzhik and Kardzhali regions.

Rain is reported in Lovech, Plovdiv and Sofia.

Temperatures range from -7°C to +5°C.

Eastbound traffic is restricted for all vehicles between the 5th to 23rd km of the Trakia Motorway from 11:00 to 14:00 on Tuesday, due to the replacement of frames and signs on the motorway. The traffic will be redirected along the Sofia - Plovdiv road, the RIA informed.
