A group of nine students from Trakia University have begun a two-week study at the Beijing Institute of Technology, said the Trakia University on Tuesday.
This is the second group of students from Trakia University to receive the opportunity to study at the Beijing Institute of Technology's summer and winter programmes. The group of nine students will participate in two specialized workshops - one on developing leadership skills and another on Artificial Intelligence. The seminars will be held in the city of Zhuhai, while the previous student group had the opportunity to study in Beijing.
The exchange will be carried out thanks to the excellent collaboration between Trakia University Rector Prof Dobri Yarkov and the leading Chinese universities. The initiative gives Bulgarian students a chance to learn new teaching methods and exchange experience with colleagues from all over the world, the university noted, adding that the Beijing Institute of Technology is known for its scientific and comprehensive education and management system, which makes it one of the best destinations for international students in China.
