An earthquake measuring 3.6 on the Richter scale was registered near Plovdiv on Sunday evening, according to information on the website of the National Institute of Geophysics, Geodesy and Geography with the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
The quake was registered at 8:18 pm. It was epicentred at 9.9 km from the town of Kuklen, Plovdiv Region, and 134 km from Sofia.
