During Friday's consultations in the presidential institution, where the lineup of future caretaker government was presented, Vazrazhdane leader Kostadin Kostadinov said that at first glance, it is a well-balanced cabinet, with representatives of the three parties that "ran the country until recently and still do: GERB-UDF, Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria (CC-DB) and the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF).
The lineup contains names that were publicly associated and continue to be associated with GERB, CC-DB and MRF, pointed out Kostadinov. "I am surprised by CC-DB's reaction, because at first glance we see that they have at least four representatives in this cabinet. Their reaction is slightly hypocritical," he said.
He also said: "Perhaps it is a preparation for a second tripartite coalition after the elections, more carefully balanced, because until now there was an informal coalition, 'non-coalition', as they called it. We cannot trust such a cabinet to hold fair and free elections," he commented.
