The cabinet Wednesday approved an annual plan for assessment of the performance of the business programmes of micro, small and medium-sized public enterprises in 2023  by the Public Enterprises and Control Agency, the government information service said. The plan covers six of all micro, small and medium-sized public enterprises in which the state holds a stake of over 50% or exercises a dominant influence in another form.

Under the Public Enterprises Act, the Agency coordinates the state policy on public enterprises, monitors and reports on its implementation to the Council of Ministers.
