site.btaGovernment Adopts Ordinance on Pre-insolvency Early Warning Mechanisms and Access to Information

The Economy Ministry and the Innovations Ministry presented an ordinance on pre-insolvency early warning mechanisms and access to information.

The ordinance presents a set of mechanisms through which companies will be notified of their financial situation and of indications about financial problems which may lead to insolvency.

The Executive Agency for Promotion of Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises will administer the early warning system.
