President Rumen Radev will award the ambassador of the Republic of Argentina to Bulgaria, Alfredo Nestor Atanasof, with the Order of Madara Horseman, First Class, the press office of the presidential institution said. The state award is for merits in the development of bilateral relations between Bulgaria and Argentina.
The solemn ceremony will begin at 2 pm.
In February of this year, Alfredo Nestor Atanasof noted that Argentina plans to create an economic hub in Bulgaria. The country has already started specific talks with several companies, the aim of which is to give Argentine business access to the countries of Europe and the Balkans, he pointed out, stressing that Bulgaria has the potential to become one of the strong partners of Argentina in Europe.
