site.btaVoter Turnout in Sunday Runoffs Is 9.19% by 11 AM 

By 11 am voter turnout in the second round of local elections across the country was 9.19%. The highest voter turnout was in the municipality of Malko Tarnovo – 45.73% and the lowest in Plovdiv – 3.86%, said Central Election Commission spokesperson Rossitsa Mateva 

Voter turnout in Sofia was 6.52%. 

Voter turnout in the first round of elections was 44.94% by 8pm, according to data of the Central Election Commission. Out of 6,038,633 voters on electoral rolls, 2,713 979 cast their ballot.
