site.btaGovernment Approves Additional Expenditures for Management of Deterrence Fence along Bulgarian-Turkish Border

The Council of Ministers Wednesday approved additional expenditures of up to BGN 5,000,000 under the Interior Ministry's budget for 2023.  The resources are allocated for the management of the deterrence fence along the Bulgarian-Turkish border, the Government Information Service reported.

Approving another decision, the Council of Ministers tasked the Interior Minister and the Defence Minister to ensure, lead, and control urgent repairs works on the fence and the adjacent road until December 31, 2023.
