A working group will negotiate an increase in funding for higher education through 2023. This was agreed at a meeting at Sofia University on Monday by the National Branch Syndicate "Higher Education and Science" (HES-CITUB), the Council of Rectors and the National Representation of Student Councils (NRSC) said.
