Constitutional Court Opens Case on Parliament's Decision to Appoint Acting National Audit Office President
The Constitutional Court opened a case on the request of President Rumen Radev, who challenged the constitutionality of the appointment of an acting National Audit Office (NAO) President by Parliament, the court said in a press release here on Wednesday.
