Speaking to journalists here on Tuesday, President Rumen Radev said, as quoted by his press secretariat: "We cannot allow an ideology of hatred, of ethnic discrimination to penetrate the European Union (EU). As EU members we cannot allow any country to build its contemporary identity on an anti-Bulgarian sentiment." Radev was in Montenegro for the South East Europe Cooperation Process (SEECP) Summit.
