By a decision adopted on April 3 and signed by Prime Minister Galab Donev and Council of Ministers Krasimir Bozhanov, the caretaker Cabinet proposed to President Rumen Radev to decree the appointment of Pavlin Raykov Todorov Bulgaria's Ambassador to Vietnam, resident in Hanoi.
