European solidarity has enabled Bulgaria to make the most of solving the problems of its municipalities and their development, but these EU funds are not given out for free - they are the fruit of the many efforts of large and serious teams, Sofia Mayor Yordanka Fandakova said at the Annual Meeting of Bulgarian Municipalities, taking place in Albena, on the Black Sea coast.
