Sofia, December 9 (BTA) - An illegal operation for printing documents was dismantled during a police operation the southwestern town of Kostenets on December 4, the Interior Ministry said.

A 58-year old man with a criminal record and previous convictions has been detained. The police searched a property which he inhabited and seized various printing equipment, diplomas, high school certificates, driving licences, metal plates and rubber stamps.

The police seized 98 rounds and three penguns.

Pre-trial proceedings have been opened into the case. LI/PP
