Exiting truck traffic is intense at some of the border crossing checkpoints along the border with Romania and Turkiye on Monday morning, Border Police said.

On the border with Romania, traffic is intense at the checkpoints Kardam and Nikopol. Repair works on the bridge at the Ruse border crossing will take place from June 10 to 14. A temporary traffic organization will be introduced. The repair works will be carried out during daylight hours. Traffic will be in one lane with a through traffic regime and will be regulated by traffic signs and signals.

Traffic is heavy at the checkpoint Kapitan Andreevo on the border with Turkiye.

On the border with Greece, traffic is normal at all border crossing points. Only cars and vans can pass through the border crossing points Makaza, Zlatograd and Ivaylovgrad.

Traffic is normal at all border crossing points along the border with Serbia. At Kalotina, construction works are being carried out, which require temporary narrowing of the lanes and reorganization of the traffic of the vehicles passing through.

At the border with North Macedonia, traffic is normal at all border crossing points.
