"Friends, we play to win," Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria (CC-DB) co-leader Kiril Petkov said, addressing supporters in front of the Ivan Vazov National Theatre here Friday during the coalition's last election campaign event. 

Petkov expressed confidence that there is a majority for change in the country and hope that these elections will once again surprise all pollsters. 

During the election campaign, the space in front of the National Theatre became a meeting place for supporters and citizens of the coalition. The musicians from the D2 band took care of the mood in the square that evening. 

Bulgaria can be a normal European country with normal European incomes, said CC-DB co-leader Assen Vassilev and called on Bulgarians to come out and vote on Sunday. 

"We are the only ones who can change things," said Hristo Ivanov, leader of the Yes, Bulgaria party and co-leader of the CC-DB coalition. He pointed out that there is no other political force that puts concrete reforms on the table and has proven that it can fight for them. "The weather is nice on Sunday - take a walk [to the voting sections] so we can sink them," he said.

"All of us who are here want a normal European Bulgaria. For 34 years we have been dreaming of this and we have some work to do," said Atanas Atanassov, chairman of the Democrats for Strong Bulgaria and one of CC-DB's leaders.

Atanasov stressed the importance of the European elections and called for support for the MEP candidates.
