Bulgarian Rise leader Stefan Yanev said that the party will work so that not a single Bulgarian soldier goes to the front. He was speaking at a meeting with party’s supporters in Montana on Friday.

"There are circles in our country that are stoking fears that our boys will be sent to the front. However, we, from Bulgarian Rise, say a categorical "No". We will work to make sure that not a single Bulgarian soldier is involved in the war", said Yanev.

In Yanev’s words, the polls are unreliable and Bulgarian Rise will definitely be a part of the next National Assembly. He expressed concerns about the machine voting and called for using paper ballots. The party is addressing working, sensible Bulgarians full of patriotism and a sense of justice, Yanev said.

Krasimir Rusimov, Bulgarian Rise top-of-the-list candidate in Montana, said that "the controlled and bought vote can be fought only with a strong turnout on election day”.
