Representatives of the Central Election Commission (CEC) conferred with caretaker Transport and Communications Minister Georgi Gvozdeykov, Regional Development and Public Works Minister Violeta Koritarova, Electronic Governance Minister Valentin Mundrov, Deputy Foreign Minister Ivan Kondov, Deputy Transport and Communications Minister Dimitar Nedyalkov, Interior Ministry Secretary General Dimitar Kangaldzhiev, as well as with representatives of the Directorate General for Civil Registration and Administrative Services, CEC said in press release on Friday. The meeting was attended by Oleksiy Lychkovakh, election analyst and international observer from the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe.

The ministers provided an update to the CEC on the organisational and technical preparations for the two-in-one June 9 national and European elections. Throughout the preparation period, the CEC is working in constant interaction and active cooperation with the institutions involved in the electoral process, the press release further reads.
