site.btaGERB Leader Borissov Promises No Bulgarian Soldier Shall Fight on Foreign Soil

Attending the closing event of GERB-UDF’s election campaign in Varna on Thursday, GERB leader Boyko Borissov said that no Bulgarian soldier shall fight on foreign soil, as Bulgarian soldiers can only die to defend Bulgaria. The meeting was attended by GERB-UDF top-of-the-lists’ candidates and MEP candidates.

Borissov added that Bulgaria should continue supporting Ukraine because the latter is under attack.

He touched on the issue of the construction of motorways in Bulgaria, stressing that for the fourth year there is neither Hemus motorway nor Cherno More motorway, nor money for them. "Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria pushed the country into debt and did nothing," he argued.

Borissov believes that Europe, the US, and the Western world are aware that in the face of GERB-UDF Bulgaria is predictable, disciplined and responsible.
