Attending a GERB-UDF election campaign event in Razgrad, GERB leader Boyko Borissov said that he will not allow power to be usurped by a minority party that wants to control the security services, GERB said in a press release on Tuesday.

"Either we will have a stable government, or we will do nothing. Those who came after us can only destabilise the country, nothing else. These three years of 'scraping off' have made us a real party," he added.

*To 'scrape off' is a slang term that Slavi Trifonov, founder of the There Is Such a People political party, used to describe what should be done with the legacy of the formerly ruling GERB party.
