site.btaGERB-UDF Representatives Hold Meeting with Supporters in Lovech

Addressing an election campaign event in Lovech on Saturday, GERB leader Boyko Borissov said that there is no promise he has made while campaigning in teh past that has remained unfulfilled.  He pointed out that during his time as prime minister, Bulgaria was on the rise and the Hemus Motorway would have been built at 2.5 times cheaper prices. 

Borissov also stated that now GERB is arguing only with Continue the Change, who are preparing to be the opposition from now on.

GERB-UDF's top-of-the list MEP candidate Rosen Zhelyazkov, stated that there are three distinctive features in this election campaign, which include no real political debate, turning the National Assembly into an arena for pre-election controversy, which discredited the fragile ideas for constitutional change that were adopted, and leaked recordings which regretfully show the public the real nature of the politicians who entered the administration.
