“I do not doubt the core of the party, but we need to attract a few percent from those who are undecided,” said GERB leader Boyko Borisov in Veliko Tarnovo on Thursday.
He underscored the role of local structures to convince people that they should vote in order to have a stable government. “We need to conclude a new social contract with those who hesitate to vote,” he said. “People want us to be the dominant force in government, the greater the difference, the more powerful your voice will be,” Borisov said.
“If we form a government, we will observe strict financial discipline, conservative finances, business exemption, tax retention, investment in technology, innovation and education," Borissov added.
Attending were Rosen Zhelyazkov, who tops GERB's list for the European elections as well as MP candidates for Veliko Tarnovo.
