BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party for all constituencies for the June 9 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective party/coalition, the candidates themselves and other official sources of information.

A total of 31 parties and coalitions have registered for the June 9, 2024 national elections in Razgrad. The candidates total 127, according to the Constituency Election Commission.

The order follows the sequential numbers on the ballots, as drawn by the Central Election Commission:

  1. There Is Such a People: Tezdzhan Sabri. A graduate from Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov University, majoring in Industrial Management. Since 2011 lives in the UK, where owns a restaurant business. The founder and director of the Bulgarian Sunday School "Bulgarche", whith five branches in the UK;
  2. Glas Naroden [People's Voice] Party: Mihail Rusinov;
  3. Blue Bulgaria Coalition (nine parties: Conservative Alliance of the Right (KOD); Bulgarian Democratic Forum; Democratic Action Movement; National Movement for Stability and Upsurge; Bulgaria of the Citizens Movement; Conservative Bulgaria Party; Radical Democratic Party in Bulgaria; Bulgarian New Democracy Party; Agrarian People's Union): Yosif Novakov. Graduated in medicine from the Medical University Pleven. Has specializations in internal medicine and endoscopy at Medical Academy – Sofia;
  4. We the Citizens Coalition (three parties: Bulgarian Spring; Competence, Responsibility and Truth (KOI); Bulgarian Workers'-Peasants' Party): Kiril Gumnerov. Born in 1969. Graduated from University of Economics – Varna. Former municipal councillor in Lovech. MP in the 41st National Assembly;
  5. No registered list of candidates;
  6. Bulgarian Voice Party: Vasil Petrov. Graduated from the Todor Kableshkov University of Transport. Has experience in the field of railway infrastructure. Works as a technician at the railway station in Razgrad;
  7. Rose Coalition (three parties: Bulgarian Social Democracy - EuroLeft; United Labour Bloc Bulgarian Labourists; Rodolyubie 2000): Nikolay Minkov;
  8. Centre Coalition (two parties: Svoboda [Freedom]; Bulgarian Agrarian Party): Diyan Dimov. A building contractor. Graduated his secondary education, majoring in foreign languages -German and French. Has a degree in Architecture from Varna Free University. Engaged in construction.
  9. Bulgarian Solidarity Coalition: Simeon Izvorov. Graduated from the Academy of Economics in Svishtov in 1993 with a degree in Finance. Holds postgraduate qualifications in Health Management, Project Management and Monitoring, Social and Insurance and Financial and Accounting Expertise. Worked in the Municipality of Razgrad in the Department of Finance and Local Taxes and Fees, in the Territorial Tax Administration, in the Razgrad Regional Administration as Director of the Department of Regional Development and Management. Was Director of the Razgrad Debt Collection Agency. Works as a financier at the District Health Insurance Fund, as an expert at the District Court in Razgrad - financial accounting expertise. He also participated in the author's team of the first Regional Development Plan of Razgrad Region. He is a participant and lecturer in the first international economic forum in Sofia, has numerous articles and analyses in Bulgarian publications on micro- and macroeconomics, financial markets and analyses;
  10. Edinenie [Unity] Party: Krasimir Kutev;
  11. Bulgarian National Alliance (BNO) Party: Minyu Staykov. Born in 1961. Started trading in imported alcohol in the 1980s. Owner of large liquor- and wine-makers, including SIS Industries and Vinprom Karnobat, and of flour manufacturer Topaz Mel. Owns 2,600 hectares of vineyards and 4,300 ha of land under wheat;
  12. Vazrazhdane Party: Ivaylo Hanevski. A graduate from the Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy of Varna, majoring in Shipbuilding for the Merchant Navy. Started his professional career in 2012 as a cadet in an international company. Since 2015 has been a mate capitan and in 2019 became a first mate capitan;
  13. Morality, Unity, Honour (MECh) Party: Kamelia Krasteva;
  14. Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria Coalition (four parties: Continue the Change; VOLT; Democrats for Strong Bulgaria; Yes, Bulgaria Movement): Antoaneta Tsoneva. An MP from the parliamentary group of "We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria" in the 49th National Assembly. Member of the Democratic Bulgaria Parliamentary Group in the 45th, 46th and 47th National Assemblies. Holds a degree in Bulgarian Philology from Sofia University. A graduate of the Bulgarian School of Politics and has had training courses in the USA and the Netherlands in the field of civic and media development. In the 46th and 47th Parliaments, is Chair of the Committee on Policies for Bulgarians Abroad and a member of the Committee on Culture and Media. In the 49th Parliament, played a key role in the establishment of the Policy Coordination Council for Bulgarians Abroad;
  15. The Truth and Nothing but the Truth People's Party: Ivan Marinov. Was a candidate for deputy in the parliamentary elections on October 2, 2022 on the party's list in the Ruse region;
  16. Bulgarian Rise Party: Simona Hristova. Was a candidate for municipal councilor from the Bulgarian Rise Party in the local elections in 2023 in Sofia;
  17. Civic Bloc Coalition (Radicals Bulgarian Democratic Union, Bulgarian Women's Party): Taner Iliaz;
  18. Society for New Bulgaria Party: Yoana Koleva;
  19. The Left! Coalition (ABV (Alternative for Bulgarian Revival), Movement 21, Green Party, Alexander Stamboliiski Agrarian Party, National Movement for Salvation of the Fatherland, Social Democrats Political Movement): Milen Hristov. Has a law degree and works as a lawyer. Before that was engaged in the Ministry of Interior.
  20. Party of the Greens: Borislav Daskalov. Entrepreneur. A graduate of the Georgi Benkovski Bulgarian Air Force Academy. Has been a long-time Dobrich Airport employee;
  21. Here We Come Party: Zornitsa Dikova-Raneva. Graduated in automation of manufacturing at the University of Ruse in 2001. Fluent in French, Italian, Spanish, and English. Co-founded Here We Come in 2008.  Works in the field of construction at a construction supervision company;
  22. GERB-UDF Coalition (Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (GERB) and Union of Democratic Forces (UDF)): Delyan Dobrev. GERB politician, economist, former minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism in the first government of Boyko Borissov. Deputy in 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48 and 49 National Assemblies. Chairman of the Energy Committee, member of the Budget and Finance Committee in the 49th National Assembly. Fluent in English;
  23. Bulgarian National Union New Democracy Party: Naum Naumov;
  24. BSP for Bulgaria Coalition (Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP); Ecoglasnost Political Club; Trakia Political Club): Simeon Slavchev. Has a higher engineering education with a master's degree in Industrial Management from the Technical University of Sofia, and is a graduate of the Academy for Social Policy at the Institute for Social Integration. Has an additional qualification in Management Skills specialized in Political Management at New Bulgarian University. Has over 17 years of management experience. From 2015 to 2019 he was a municipal councilor and member of the Sofia Municipal Council. Is the Chairman of the MIR Political Party;
  25. Velichie [Grandeur] Party: Kalin Tuhlov;
  26. VMRO-Bulgarian National Movement Party: Mladen Asparuhov. Graduated from the Vasil Levski Military University in Veliko Tarnovo, majoring in tank troops. A member of the Reserve Officers and Noncommissioned Officers since 2003. In 2022 was elected chairman of the union;
  27. Direct Democracy Party: Georgi Todorov. Graduate of the Medical Univesity in Varna. Doctor with additional specializations and professional qualifications. Head of a medical and diagnostics lab in Ruse for 21 years. Member of the Bulgarian Medical Association’s Control Commission;
  28. Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) Party: Dzhevdet Chakarov. Degree in general surgery from the Medical University of Plovdiv. Former minister of environment and water. Former minister of environment and water. MP in 39th, 40th, 41st, 42nd, 43rd National Assemblies;
  29. Green Movement Party: Ivaylo Stoimenov. Co-founded the Green Movement in 2008 and is a member of the National Council. Has long experience in the media and NGO sector. Founder of the Youth Organization of the UN Society in Bulgaria and first Bulgarian youth delegate to the UN in 2007. Graduated in Public Relations from the St. Petersburg University and in Public Relations from the Krastyo Sarafov National Theatre of Fine Arts;
  30. Party for Great Bulgaria: Kremena Nikolova;
  31. Bulgarian Union for Direct Democracy (BSDD): Toni Bazhdarov. Graduated from Sofia Technical University with a degree in electronics and automation engineering. Municipal councilor in Pazardzhik (2003-2007). Develops own business since 1991 mainly in the field of production of wooden toys and firewood pellets - entirely for international market;
  32. Neutral Bulgaria Coalition (4 parties: Communist Party of Bulgaria; Bulgarian Communist Party; Party of Bulgarian Communists; Russophiles for the Revival of the Fatherland): Ivan Penchev.
