site.btaVice President Iotova to Open International Science Forum in Athens

On May 11, the Day of the Holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Cyril and Methodius, Vice President Iliana Iotova will open an international science forum in Athens, Greece, the President’s press secretariat said on Saturday. Iotova is visiting Athens at the invitation of the St. St. Cyril and Methodius Bulgarian Sunday School.

The forum is under Iotova’s auspices and is co-organized by the Cyrillo-Methodian Research Center Research Centre at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Paisii Hilendarski University of Plovdiv, Association of Bulgarian Schools Abroad, and the Embassy of Bulgaria in Athens.

The event is part of the programme celebrating the 20th anniversary of the St. Cyril and Methodius Bulgarian Sunday School. During her visit to Athens, Iotova will meet with representatives of Bulgarian associations and Sunday schools.
