site.btaAdditional Expenditures Approved for Activities under Agreement between InvestBulgaria Agency, Vienna Economic Forum

The Council of Ministers adopted an ordinance approving additional expenditure under the budget of the Ministry of Innovation and Growth for 2024. The funds are for the implementation of activities under a cooperation agreement between the Vienna Economic Forum (VEF) and the InvestBulga Agency (IBA).

The conclusion of the agreement provides an opportunity to promote foreign direct investment and present Bulgaria as an attractive investment destination.

IBA, as the main partner of the agreement, will be given the opportunity to promote its activities and to publish information about investment opportunities in Bulgaria on the VEF website, in printed materials and at all events organised by VEF.

The period for which the agreement is concluded is for 2024/2025, with a financial contribution of BGN 391,166, the equivalent of EUR 200,000, being provided by the Bulgarian side for 2024.
