Talks to reach an agreement on joint government and a draft cabinet between GERB-UDF and Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria (CC-DB) have ended.

Prime Minister-designate Mariya Gabriel will meet with President Rumen Radev at 4 p.m. on Tuesday. She will be accompanied by GERB's negotiating team. Gabriel will announce the outcome of the negotiations with CC-DB and her decision on the mandate handed to her to form a government.

GERB-UDF announced on Monday that talks will continue until noon on Tuesday. Outgoing Deputy Prime Minister and GERB's nominee for prime minister, Mariya Gabriel, said on Monday shortly after 12 p.m. that she hoped that the agreement will be finalized within 24 hours.
