site.btaCabinet Revises Decree Designating Bodies Responsible for Implementation of Bulgaria's Recovery and Resilience Plan

The Cabinet adopted a decision revising the decree that designates the authorities and structures responsible for the implementation of Bulgaria's Recovery and Resilience Plan and their main functions.

The decision guarantees that the commitments already made are consistent with the amendment to the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) Financing Agreement between the European Commission and the Republic of Bulgaria, ratified by a law adopted by Parliament on December 21, 2023.

The revisions are aimed at ensuring the principle of sound financial management and effective control of the funds provided by the European Union to Bulgaria under the RRF.
