Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mariya Gabriel will host a conference entitled "Young People and Bulgaria's Foreign Policy Strategy: The Critical Voice" on Monday, the Foreign Ministry said. This is the second conference in a planned series of events on the preparation of Bulgaria's foreign policy strategy, which are held on Gabriel's initiative.

University and college students, young delegates to the UN and representatives of youth organizations are expected to participate.

The conference will take place in two panels: on challenges and prospects for Bulgaria's foreign policy (assessment of the security environment, key EU and NATO strategic documents, strategic, regional and bilateral partnerships) and on horizontal aspects of foreign policy (green transition; energy, economic and digital diplomacy; combating disinformation; strategic communication and public diplomacy; Brand Bulgaria cultural diplomacy; working with Bulgarian communities abroad).
