site.bta105 New COVID-19 Cases Bring Bulgaria's Total to 4,513

Sofia, June 27 (BTA) - The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Bulgaria reached 4,513 on Saturday after 105 new infections were confirmed over the last 24 hours out of 2,750 PCR tests, according to data posted on www.coronavirus.bg.

The active cases are 1,841. The newly infected persons include 5 medical staff (one doctor, two nurses, an orderly and one other staff member), and this category now totals 389.

The hospitalized COVID-19 patients number 392, including 18 in intensive care.

Another 87 patients recovered over the last 24 hours, bringing the total to 2,457.

Four more fatalities were reported, bringing the total death toll to 215. DD
