Some of the ski runs at the Borovets resort in Mt Rila are open for night skiing between 6.30 pm and 10 pm from December 22 to 30, BTA learned from Borosport Marketing Manager Maria Sheynova.

Most visitors for Christmas and the New Year's come from Bulgaria. Holidaymakers are also expected from the UK and the Balkan countries. "Christmas is always fabulous in Borovets and we invite everyone who loves winter sports to spend it with us on the slopes," said Sheynova.

The winter season in Borovets started on December 15.
