Bulgarian professional boxer Kubrat Pulev completely outclassed Poland's Andrzej Wawrzyk and defeated him by unanimous decision in the highlight of the boxing gala in the American city of Costa Mesa.

The heavyweight bout was completely under Pulev's control, as he sent his opponent to the knockdown twice and registered his 30th win in 32 fights among professionals.

Shortly before the start of the bout, it emerged that Pulev had been summoned to give a doping sample, as is usually given after fights. 

After the success, Pulev now has a record of 30 wins and two losses, with 14 of those successes coming by knockout. For Wawrzyk, the balance in the professional ring is 34 wins and three losses.
