Stephan Komandarev's Bulgarian-German drama Blaga's Lessons took three prizes at the 57th Karlovy Vary International Film Festival: the Crystal Globe Grand Prix, the best actress prize for Eli Skorcheva and and the Grand Prize from the ecumenical jury.
