Purchasing two engines from Poland and repairing six others will not guarantee the long-term use of Bulgaria’s MiG-29 fighter jets but will ensure the preparedness of the flight staff at an acceptable level until the end of 2023, caretaker Defence Minister Dimitar Stoyanov said during Question Time in Parliament on Friday.
