Paper ballots and the demo version of the electronic ballot to be used in the October 2 snap election were shown during a briefing of the Central Election Commission (CEC) on Thursday. The ballots for Bulgarians abroad will lack a preferential vote option, said Rositsa Mateva from the CEC.
