site.btaHealth Minister Katsarov Alerts Sofia City Prosecution Office About ex-PM Borissov's Expired Vaccines Remarks

Sofia, October 28 (BTA) - Caretaker Health Minister Stoycho Katsarov referred to the Sofia City Prosecution Office a statement of GERB leader and former Prime Minister Boyko Borissov concerning the COVID-19 vaccines, the Health Ministry said in a press release here on Thursday.

Katsarov told the Prosecution Magistracy that on October 24 Borissov has said that the Caretaker Cabinet inoculates the population with Pfizer vaccines, which expired on September 30.

The Health Minister argued that Borissov's statement is fake news and may dissuade many from vaccinating themselves amidst the COVID-19 wave.
