December 5, it emerged from a transcript of the meeting
published on Friday. The Energy Minister has collected the
documents from the Bulgarian Energy Holding and the South Stream

transit contract and a comprehensive financial model, necessary
to calculate Bulgaria's returns from the construction of the
gas pipeline on its territory.

As a next step, Borissov has ordered Energy Minister Petrova and
Economy Minister Loukarski to prepared a legal, economic and
financial analysis of the collected documents. Bulgaria will put
forward the analysis at an upcoming EU Transport,
