Lufthansa, AlItalia Strikes Cancel Bulgaria Flights

Sofia, March 20 (BTA) - The ongoing strikes of Lufthansa and
AlItalia pilots have caused the cancellation of 20 incoming and
14 outgoing Bulgaria services on Friday, Sofia Airport said
Friday.

Of all Lufthansa flights, only one (Minuch-Sofia-Munich,
arriving at 18:15 hrs and departing at 19:35 hrs) is still on as
it is performed by a regional carrier which has remained
unaffected by the strike.

The AIItalia strike is scheduled from 11:00 to 19:00 hrs and
has cancelled a Fiumincino-Sofia-Fiumincino flight (landing at
18:05 hrs in Sofia and taking off at 18:55 hrs).
