Bulgaria, Albania Sign Co-operation Agreements in Various Spheres

Tirana/Sofia, March 21 (BTA) - Transport, Information Technology
and Communications Minister Ivaylo Moskovski and Albanian
Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Entrepreneurship
Arben Ahmetaj Friday opened the Sixth Session of the Joint
Intergovernmental Bulgarian-Albanian Economic Cooperation
Commission, Moskovski's ministry told BTA.

A protocol featuring concrete agreements was signed at the end
of the session.

The two ministers made a review of the economic conditions in
their countries and the state of bilateral relations. The sides
also agreed to promote the forms of cooperation in areas of
mutual interest including transport, information technologies,
the economy, finance, investment, energy, tourism, construction,
environment, social activities, agriculture, culture and
education.

The sides also underscored the importance of the joint
commission for the comprehensive development of economic
relations between Bulgaria and Albania, including joint
projects.
